I'm not sure where any poor reviews are coming from. My experience from the beginning was excellent. They responded immediately and graciously to my questions, they conduct their necessary due diligence to ensure you are who you're claiming you are, and they send the product immediately. Perfection!

*edit: so the package came yesterday. Seems like it was a Fed Ex issue/mix up and not Mintrx at all. YAY! Sorry MintRx, I wasn’t able to call you guys back! Having been having technical issues with my phone.😅 Well everything was going well until I just never got my order. haaaaaa. It sucks because that wasn't cheap and I can't afford to replace it. I'm really bummed.

I got my order very quickly. I live in California btw. I’m 27 and wanted to start tretinoin as a part of my anti aging routine. I ordered the 0.05 strength and followed the directions. The first week I had mild peeling and by week two my skin was smoother and even. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend this company!

Excellent service and product, everything went as advertised. The product doesn't work very well but I've only used one pill and will try two next time as recommended on the bottle (one to 2 pills.).
