I like that they offered a low cost prescription option for a basic skincare product (tretinoin). Easier and cheaper then going to see a dermatologist. Website did not work properly and showed me someone else’s form filled out for MD prescription consult. HIPAA violation. They tell me that tech support is looking into the problem. I had to find my own form by going into my account settings. You need to make sure you’ve completed your medical form or nothing will happen to your order. The time frame from my purchase and prescription request to receiving the product seemed rather long in this modern era of quick turnaround from internet sellers. I waited several days to hear from a medical professional to get the script, and then several more for the product to be sent to me. I appreciate that two day air mail was used. Customer service was pretty quick and responsive to my inquiries.

They have a wide range of product select. The product prices are reasonable. The questions portion is easy to navigate. The only complaint I have is the processing and shipping of the product is SLOW! It’s been 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation yet so that is a little frustrating. That is the reason for for the 3 star review.

It’s a good company that tries hard. They just can’t seem to get their website to function properly. Reorders are a pain due to not being able to indicate you already have a prescription from the doctors they use online.

Could not help me with my order without a RX

Not too impressed with the potency of the product.

Information was needed for my order but no one ever emailed me or called me that they needed info. It was only after 2 weeks of waiting that I called and found this out.

I am still waiting on my order. All though the process was easy and fast
