I’ve ordered serval times from MintRx and had no problems. Not this time… it’s been over a week and I can’t get a clear answer on why they haven’t shipped my products!!! This is ridiculous. At this point I want a full refund and I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!

I have ordered from MintRX three times now and the very last batch they sent me was not only different from their previous two shipment but noticeably different in portion amount. Clearly they have changed their compounding pharmacy and due to it, I am not at a loss of $130 bucks. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered a product from them and decided to cancel my order. I contacted customer service about cancelling my order and they have just been ignoring me this whole time. In my first email to them I asked if there were any ways that they could show me they were a reputable, legit pharmacy because the links on their website were incorrect and led you to another website. They have since stopped responding and are completely ignoring me. I would definitely not buy from this website again as the customer service is horrible and I’m not even sure it is a real pharmacy. I am still expecting a full refund and I am writing this review as it seems this is the ONLY way to get them to contact you. Thoroughly disappointed.

Avoid Mint Rx. Although there are a lot of bad reviews, I decided to try Mint Rx to get a prescription filled. That part was easy, a doctor called me and then prescribed the medication. Getting the medication is an entirely different story. Instead of having their doctors send the prescription to your pharmacy of choice. YOU have to call your pharmacy and get them to transfer the prescription over from wherever MintRX had chosen. This became a nightmare. I called my local CVS and gave them the Mint Rx pharmacy number to do the switch. After a couple hours the pharmacy called me to say Mint Rx had no record of my prescription. I had to call up Mint Rx again. The operator told me everything was ready, the prescription was ready to go. I call CVS, update them, and the next day they call me to say the same thing. They called Mint Rx and they have no record of my prescription. This happened for a couple days, until my pharmacy told me they were done calling MintRx and would not try anymore. I called MintRx frustrated at how such a simple task has become tiresome. The operator assured me she would call the pharmacy herself and correct everything. Relieved, I wait to get the text from the pharmacy that my prescription is ready. The next day there was no text, so I call MintRx, I recount the entire saga since they KEEP NO RECORDS and the operator tells me CVS has to call them, the prescription is ready. I was DONE. I asked for a refund which they did quickly, but AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are a mess and not worth the time.

!!Beware of this online ghost pharmacy!! I have been calling thier customer service. The system.puts me on hold.At d end of the long wait of about 45 mins. It says leave a message. And then says, Sorry but the user's mail box can't accept more messages. It doesn't even have anyone to talk to at thier customer service. I was trying to purchase a drug that the transaction dnt go through.And they decided to charge my card for what I did not buy? I will take ur name to the dirt. And u will loose more money that u embezzled from me. And then.u sent me receipt of an invoice like I bought something form u. If you are reading this Mint RX U know those that u embezzled. My last name is white Pls refund my money.

I've used them for 2 tests. However, on the 2nd test they set me an appointment that they never showed up to and when I called to complain Katie O'Brien will yell at your, tell you that you are lying and then calls the person who I was scheduled with to double check what I told her. When she found out I was telling the truth she yelled more, talked over me and hung up on me. I tried to call her for her bosses info but she wouldn't pick up. I had to call the main office to find him. She is making sure no one helps me now. She's one of those people who are more concerned about being "right" than helping a customer. She was "wrong" this time. Shame on her.

Told me they cancelled my transaction without letting me know. Never received anything in terms of product or services or correspondence. Still charged my card and did not issue refund.

Very poor service in responding to my numerous emails regarding fulfilling an approved RX.
