Hi Michele, thank you for reaching out to us and we do apologize as the program you are referring to was canceled. We did reach out for several months prior so our patients were aware. We appreciate you and we realize that this program absolutely filled a niche but sadly we can no longer continue the program due to a variety of reasons and this is why corporate canceled it. Hi Donna and thank you for reaching out to us. There are a couple of things going on here that you experienced. Firstly, we suffered a major technical failure that affected our main phone system - as a result, our systems were down for a few days. Most likely during the time that you were trying to contact us. Also, the program that you were participating in was canceled for many reasons including state to state regulation changes that affected our ability to get the products shipped to patients. We did send out messages to patients that were in this program for several months to let them know this program was going to be canceled.
