Could not get their site to work properly. Kept switching reps on me. Never got my order processed and they still haven't issued a refund for my money they were so quick to take from me. Terrible experience, will never use them again.

I received this product thrown in my Drive way by ups. Next day I found it driven over by my car. I complain them by writing an email and after couple of weeks no response yet.

This product did not work whatsoever. I tried two at once, and I also tried taking the pills on an (almost) empty stomach. Nothing. Additionally the entire ordering process was unsatisfactory. Everything was confusing. The only positive experience I had was that customer service was very responsive. I do not recommend this female viagra.

Don't tell me to contact your telephone number because nobody ever answers. I bought on Groupon and went to the site only to find that i could not get my product until i committed to a monthly delivery. This is not clear in the Groupon advert and i will never do this. I want you to send me my purchase so that i can judge the effectiveness before i agree to any further purchases. Buyers beware.

Hello Mr Elsbury, I assure you, we are not a scam. You may have contacted us after hours. Patient Care will contact you today to answer any questions you may have. Our Groupon offer does not require you to sign up for a monthly subscription. You may have confused the word "prescription" with "subscription". You will not be put on any automatic payment program. If you would like to order refills after placing your initial order, simply contact us via phone, email, or text and we will ship your order out right away!

I received expired products for which I was overcharged. I was blocked from my account, with no assistance in spite of promises to "report the issue" to their IT. I was not provided a receipt to check prices or for return information. Told only to call. When you do business ONLINE, you should provide ONLINE support. Needless to point out that I won't be doing business again with this company.

Hello Barbara, I'm a bit perplexed by your comment. We offer online chat, texting, email and phone options for communication. Additionally, there is no option in our system to block a patient from their account. Nevertheless, thank you for alerting us of the issue. I will immediately follow up with our team and ensure that you are contacted today to resolve the issue. It would be very strange for you to receive an expired product as we turn over products quickly. If this is indeed what happened, we will absolutely accept the product back and exchange it with a new one!
