Hi Shannon, we are a compliant pharmacy and telemedicine company. In order to treat you online we MUST follow the law. One of the rules for online treatment is that you must submit a face photo and photo ID. We respect your decision not to provide us the required photos and subsequently not get treated online. However, please understand that we are a business that must and will abide by the law.

Hi Charles, we only authorize your credit card at the time that you place your order. We don't actually charge your card. The authorization should be dropped off of your card by now. If it hasn't please call us at 866-855-6468. Thank you.
