Hi C Williams, we did suffer a severe technical issue that widely affected our main telephone system. That issue has been resolved and we have been up and running 100% for many months now with no issue. Depending on what your original order was, this could explain the product difference - Obagi Clear is widely used by many patients due to it containing 4% Hydroquinone. Your issue has probably been handled by now and your product replaced but we are here and available if you need anything else. Please give us a call at 866-855-6468, we are happy to help !
