Hi Keith, we are a compliant pharmacy and telemedicine company. In order to treat you online we MUST follow the law. One of the rules for treatment is to complete a medical intake form so the physician can treat you. Thank you for completing that form so that we could treat you and ship your order to you - which was delivered to you on September 3rd. Please understand that we are a business that must and will abide by the law. We ask that you do not discredit us simply due to the fact that we are a compliant and legitimate company.

I cannot get a response from them. I placed an order on August 13. i did not hear back from them so I emailed on August 21. They responded with incorrect information, which I promptly corrected in a reply email...and I have not heard from them since...and I have not received my order.
