Hi Myles, we are still waiting for your doctor to forward us your prescription. We have made multiple attempts. We did send you an email regarding the situation. Apologies that you did not receive it. We will call you tomorrow and hopefully, we can work together to obtain your prescription. To clarify, we authorize your card at checkout, but we don't charge it until we receive a valid prescription.

Placed AND PAID for an order but haven't heard a single word from them. I can't access my account. Requesting a password reset takes me no where. Zero instruction on the website about next steps, only a promise that I will receive notice when my order ships. Crickets.

Hi Lisa, I'm sorry that you did not receive the email that we sent on Sept 18th. We want to complete your order, but we need you to complete the medical information so that we can treat you and prescribe your medication. Please understand that we are a licensed pharmacy and cannot dispense prescription medication without a valid prescription.
