Hi Gwen, I checked with Client Care and USPS. USPS reported that your first order was received on 10/18. After speaking with you and learning that you didn't receive it, we then reshipped it via UPS at our cost and it was received on 10/22. This is what makes us different from other companies. Even though this was an error by USPS, we still shipped you a new product, all at our cost to ensure that you have a positive experience with us. Thank you for helping us help you! :)

Thank you for reaching out. The only reason why orders are delayed are due to a lack of a prescription. We are a licensed pharmacy and cannot legally ship a prescription medication without a prescription.
