Hello Elena, we do apologize for your inconvenience. The program that you are referring to is currently paused and being updated to the latest laws and regulations that apply to each state. All patients were informed for several months in advance. Our team is always on standby to assist you with anything that you need. Hi Lynn, we are also saddened to see that program discontinued, but please remember due to your length in the program you were shipped several months of product at a time but we always and only billed you monthly keeping the program affordable for you. The program you are referring to was discontinued and all patients were informed over several months prior to the program ending. Any billing that might have occurred was for medication/treatment that you had already received. I hope this answers your question and I do apologize for the lack of response. We typically respond to all messages within a 24 hour period. I believe you may have been trying to reach us during a system upgrade that we had. It unfortunately did not go as well as planned and our systems were down for a few days. I am happy to report that the system upgrade issues are now all resolved and we are now back to quickly responding to our valued clients!
