I think it’s a scam. It has been almost a month since I ordered. They charged me, but never sent my order. It says it’s in process and customer service hasn’t been helpful.

One of the rules for online treatment is that you must submit a face photo and photo ID. We respect your decision not to provide us the required photos and subsequently not get treated online.
