Have felt little effect from the product after 2 weeks...possibly too low a dosage.

This was my 1st time order and never received a medical inquiry to fill out till 2 weeks after order. I understand this is happening a lot with Groupon orders. I also had to send photo + driver license picture 3 times. I hope in the future this is easier

Customer support was an absolute joke. I got an email saying I needed to schedule a video doctor consultation. Once scheduled, I was emailed numerous times stating I need to schedule this appointment. I tried calling and got no answer. I emailed them and received two responses. One was apologizing for the inconvenience. The other asked what time my appointment was set for. That’s it. I was also never given video conference instructions.

I keep hitting barriers to actually getting my product. There seems to be "one more thing" I need to do and I am still waiting to talk with a doctor.

I am happy with the product but the shipment method could be improved. The container popped open during shipment and several applications of the cream were wasted. Additionally 2 twists of the container does not provide enough cream for one application. The applicator is difficult to use after putting the cream in it. It is easily pushed out before making it to the vaginal opening. With each application I am getting a little better at managing the container and applicator but I would recommend you think about improvements to both. Thanks.....
