who know if I am receiving my product. I had my charge card hit 3 times. I might have to switch

I initially found your service extremely convenient and very favorably from a price perspective. However, you charge for medications immediately but your shipments are always delayed (first one for weeks) due to something going wrong internally with the prescriptions and understanding of the prescriptions. While your customer service team is very responsive and very cordial, it can't quite make up for the inconvenience of not receiving the products.

When I initially received my product in the mail, I thought maybe I purchased the wrong product as the Troche is not even an option on your website and I was expecting to see the pink bottle of pink pills in the envelope. What I came to find out later was that your company switched the formula and even mailed me out the Troche form of the medicine instead of a pill form. The website didn’t show that Troche was even an option and it never stated that my order would be switched to the new form of the medicine. When I questioned it via your customer service department rep told me that the pill was no longer offered & that was the reason that Troche’s were delivered, she went on to encourage me to try them as she thought I may like the new formula better as it is absorbed faster in a Troche form. She apologized for any miscommunication and stated that you all were in the process of updating the website. That was January 10th, 2020 and the website is STILL NOT UPDATED!!! That being said, I tried the Troche three times and it tastes horrible so much so that I had to spit it out halfway through the 20 minute dissolve process. It was so bad that I emailed back the customer service rep on January 16th and asked her if I could get it in another form or if I could get another flavor of Troche and she never emailed me back. What is most frustrating to me is that I paid by the pill and if I had known that it was in a Troche form I would not have ordered as many as I did; so that I could try it before I bought a bunch. I totally understand that formulations change and that you have to stay competitive with other companies but not notifying customers of the change before or after their purchase is WRONG.

The 50 mg sildenafil I received was not as effective as other brands at lower dosage. Have had better results from over-the-counter herbal pills that you can find in any gas station.

Took the Dr. over 3 weeks to return calls or conduct the initial consultation. Once the Dr. did finally answer the phone, one of the several times I attempted to return their call... I was hung up on.

Very difficult to work through and wasn’t clear when I purchased.

I was very excited about trying the product only to be turned down for no good reason. I’m a very healthy 46 yr old with no serious issues... just a small pituitary tumor that’s been the same size for over 5 yrs. I even spoke with your pharmacy tech there before ordering and he gave me hope. I pray the Dr will reconsider my application and allow me to try this product.
