I have made several attempts to contact the company to complete my purchase. However they decline to respond to my request.

I ordered Thyroid stuff on 8/30 now 9/20 and nothing. The ordered is in and there is no tracking number. I messaged them yesterday inquiring and haven't heard back. I finally opened a case for a refund, we'll see. Regardless it shouldn't take a month to receive meds.

They used to serve me well. Then I got a shipment that was only half my order. When that happened, I had already ordered another batch of my medications to take advantage of their sale. It didn't come. I started emailing them and calling them. No one ever answers their telephone. I called during business hours. I sent them numerous emails and online messages through their website. I eventually received the second order, but it took over a month of hounding them to get a partial refund for the missing half order, and they shorted me by $7.50. I continue to try to get them to respond and correct that error. UPDATE SEP 28: They have finally refunded the final $7.50. So, after three moths and 23 emails, in addition to voice messages (they never answered the phone), their error has finally been corrected (aside from my frustration, time, and going without meds). That is the kind of service you can expect. Try someone else. Despite their reply below, I have never left great reviews for them elsewhere. Don't know who they're trying to kid with that.

Wish I could give this make shift back alley rip off artist a -10 rating. They take your money and never send the orders. I’ve sent in complaints to the BBB as what they’re doing is criminal. Don’t bother trying to call them, they NEVER answer and the VM is full. Tried to email them several several times but just falls on deaf ears. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, buyer beware

These people are absolutely the worst in every category. I had a problem before and was stupid enough to try again. Made an order and paid for it. Got an email that required additional verification (where they send you a code) but it took 20 minutes each time to get the code so the authentication was timed out. Tried 5 times before giving up. Then started reaching out to "Customer Service" and got "voicemail is full" (seriously!!). Sent two emails and got salesforce "we created a ticket" with no follow up ever. Finally canceled the charge. What a clown show. And I needed what I ordered.

No customer service! Cant get through on the phone, email or support. I tried for a week to get through when I received an order confirmation going to the wrong address and never received a response. I was charged and my medication went to an incorrect address so i was unable to receive it or get refunded. Would never use them again and DO NOT recommend.

Just can't believe these people just keep taking orders and they're out of business. There's got to be a way to sue these thieves.

Order was made but never sent. Took several emails and voicemail messages to get a response only after threatening to turn them into State department of Justice. Final response was they had no ETA when they could compound or send my prescription. Even if you call now you'll not get an answer but a recording that says the voicemail box of two individuals is full. I think it used to be legit but has gone out of business and still taking orders.
