I never received any product. followed instructions all I got was more instructions to do the same thing again

still do not have my order / can not get anything done about it

Poor communication from the start. People should know upfront what is required to get a Rx I was very misled. Now, I am battling the ability to cancel my order due to poor performance of this company. Seems the company does not see my emails requesting the cancellation so I have to keep monitoring them

They deserve a minus star! Not a reputable business. Ordered a product exactly one month ago. Didn’t hear anything for two weeks, when I reached out looking for my shipment they informed me that I had to fill out another form which they supposedly sent me....not true! After I filled it out and submitted to them I heard nothing, two more weeks passed, no info and no shipment of my product! What a scam! I sent them a message and cancelled my order, I am not even sure if they care. Don’t order from these people, scammers!
