Tried to send in my prescription several times could never figure out the system ask for help this with me to the same place. Ordered one thing that used a prescription the other thing did not have not received either one. Simply asked for a refund because I could not figure out the system and nobody seems to want to help me with that they just sent me round and round in Lupes

Awful experience. Ordered a prescription December 16, 2019 after having completed medical review, etc. Received notice of order shipping, notice it was delivered by USPS. According to USPS, order was delivered; to another person in another city, using my order number. After notifying company, got email that another order would be shipped immediately. On January 10, 2020, cancelled payment I made by credit card as I still have no product or further communications.

STILL waiting on my prescription...almost 3 weeks now.

The requirements to send a photo and also a copy of my driver license was not included when I signed for the groupon. Because of all the id fraud out there I refused to submit this information. If the requirements would have been specified in the groupon I would not have taken the coupon.

I have not received my order yet.

Horrible company. Will send you a ton of emails but never send what you paid for. Wanted to use my prescription even though I paid for one from them. Internet scam.

was told i would receive something in the mail and have not gotten anything. it's been over a month.

Have not received my order. Emailed serveral times with no response.
