Hi Adam, in order to complete your treatment we do need you to upload your photo i.d. Please understand that you are ordering a prescription medication. To comply with state telemedicine laws, and to ensure that we are treating an actual patient, we must have a face photo and a photo id. We are HIPAA certified and ensure that your information is only shared with our medical team. If you call our client care team they will be happy to assist you with this photo upload 866-855-6468. Hi Bohdan we are happy to help you obtain the product that you want, but you do have to complete our medical intake form, the product you are ordering is a prescription product and we will be happy to send you that link and have a client care specialist call you right away to assist you thru the quick and easy process.

Hi Richard, we strive to provide exemplorary customer service and never like to see messages like this. I will have a member of our Client Care team call you this morning to resolve the issue. We are very careful to refund money where necessary. Typically we authorize a card at the time of purchase and don't charge the card until we obtain a valid prescription. But not to worry.
