I receive my order and it was fine except the lid is hard to open. My complaint would be that I received 100 junk emails emails after ordering.

Poor. I ordered a month ago. I still have not received my order. I have called and did not receive a call back. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. To date, no prescription and no refund. Customer service is terrible. If your customer is threatening legal action it’s a sign you’re not doing well.

Had to complete a phone call with a doctor because we live in Texas (my husband didn’t have to ) and the times were inconvenient for anyone who works . There wasn’t any appointment times in the evening or weekends . Customer service stop replying to my messages and I finally sent a request for a refund.
