very fast shipping and ease of ordering. would have given 5 stars but i ordered the same product twice and received two different items of the same generic name.

Been waiting weeks for my order. Apparently first one was lost in shipping, tracking had it stuck in Florida. Asked to reship and send with fast shipping service. Got a response saying he asked them to do so but have yet to hear anything or receive anything. They have since remedied the situation. I will continue to give them my business.

I haven't actually tried the product as of yet so im just speaking on the delivery process. I tracked my package and it was delivered about 7 days after the original delivery date but thats probably not Mints fault. Other than that, customer service got right back to me when I emailed them about the online consultation. Overall. Great job.

I find it difficult to find the log on site. Then when I go to reorder. It doesn't always give me my last reorder. It refreshes to a more expensive amount. I have made 2 orders out of 3 ok after help.

There was little difficulty in getting my refill processed but my CSR viw chat worked diligently and resolved any issue....i received my Rx two days later
