Mess up my order still haven't received anything or replacement yet beens been 3 weeks I write didn't get any reply I sure wont order from them again..you said it was deliver but it's not to me now you exposed me to other people's with my identity

After my order was complete I was inundated with text messages, after calling several times and waiting for a very long time I was told I needed to send a copy of my drivers license which I did. The text kept coming but my order did not. It was probably 3 to 4 weeks after the initial order was placed.

Products are good took way too long to get and a lot of miscommunication. I’m looking into other products hopefully I’ve been contact by the right person and she will get it straightened out

Ordering process is difficult. Filled out Rx, sent DL pic and self photo, a week goes by and nothing. Contact mintrx and they say they are waiting for prescription info and pics of id and portrait. 2nd order it happened with. Very frustrating.

I was send an email the last time I used you product and was dissatisfied so I thought I’d try it again and reply to the text message number in the email. Received the product not happy with the results comparable to similar material from your competitors.
