Product came in damaged and they were fast to replace, have not tried it yet, but we shall soon see the results!

Took some time to do a little bit of peeling. However, it appears to be working just fine.

The experience was a good one. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it took awhile to speak with the prescribing physician. We played phone tag but it the end it was a very private and personal experience. Will definitely use again.

Great service and costumer service. However, I would like for the website to be a bit more user friendly and for refills to be easier to make.

I was very happy to have found MintRx Pharmacy! Placing my order wasn’t difficult and I would definitely order from them in the future. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I ordered a certain one of the Tretinoin Creams 45g, but was sent a different brand- and two 20g tubes instead of the one 45g tube. I did read that-you could be sent a different generic, but only after the fact! Other than that, the cream seems fine, and it came within a week. Thank you very much!

The whole process was super easy and the product shipped very quickly. I’ve only taken it once and did not have a good experience with it so I’m hesitant to give it another try. It made my head pound, nose get stuffy and my eyes felt like they were going to explode. In having this reaction I tried looking up common side effects and could not find anything on it at all. I couldn’t even find an ingredient list. Having these things available would help many people out

This was my first experience ordering Tretinoin online and had to get RX from one of their staff doctors. I wish the PROCESS would be made more CLEAR. I thought everything was processed but it wasn't. After 13 days, I emailed them to complain I hadn't received order yet. I received an email right away from customer support and everything was explained. I went through the correct process and they expedited order for me. The aftercare and customer support was EXCELLENT! And THAT was 5 STAR. I now have my product and happily using! What makes this an overall 4 star instead of 5 is because the process is NOT clear at all. My suggestion is that the company make the 1st time customer instructions clearer.
