I ordered from Groupon several weeks ago and still haven’t got my order. I am using my phone to complete the applications so that may have something to do with it. I have completed the assessment 3 times but it will just shut down when the end of the assessment. Very frustrating.

I want to give this 5 stars, but the online assessment for the prescription was difficult to complete without a home computer. The mobile version wouldn't allow for the questionnaire to load correctly and after several attempts I had to wait until I was able to use a PC. If I could have completed the assessment on my phone, it would have been 5 stars.

The website is difficult to navigate. I thought I had completed the medical questions and my order was placed, since my payment was processed, but I received an email afterwards for the medical questions. It took multiple times to answer the questions on the initial exam.
