Minoxidil-Direct.comReviews of minoxidil-direct.com

Minoxidil as described, good communication with seller and reasonable pricing too.

This is the 12th day since I placed my order, and it is still marked as "in transit" and hasn't even reached the courier who will be delivering it to me. The website says delivery takes up to 7 working days, but that certainly hasn't been my experience. I find the name "Minoxidil Direct" quite misleading. I'm not sure who this service is "direct" for, but if you're in the UK and need a reliable supply to keep your treatment going without interruption, I'd recommend ordering from somewhere else.

I have now been using M-D for just under 4 years. Jason has always given excellent customer service, and is second to none we when it comes to resolving technical issues! As for the products, I have used Kirkland Minoxidil and Members Mark from M-D. Both products have proven extremely effective in preventing further hair loss and assisting new growth. Many thanks to Jason and M-D. Hairs to many more years of positive hair growth experience with M-D and Jason! Craig M

I received 18 months supply of genuine minoxidil for a bargain price. It was the cheapest on the internet. It was delivered to the UK relatively quickly. These guys are professionals. Quick reply to emails too. Great service.

Bra produkter och bra service. Tack för all hjälp när jag behöver råd och tips. Jason är en klippa och hjälper gärna till när eventuella problem behöver lösas. Kommer rekommendera Minoxidil-Direct.com till vänner och familj.

Advertise as "Free Mainland UK Delivery (4-7 Working Days)". Proceed to send you the wrong tracking number. Contacted them, they sent me the supposed correct one and say that in 4 days it should be delivered despite the last status being "Wednesday, Apr 15, 2026 - Departed GlobalPost Facility GB". Nothing in the tracking changes and receive nothing, so eventually I clawback the payment through bank. A month without any updates, explanation or delivery, seems like a scam to me.

Bad service, slow shipping..... soon more then 1 months late. This is dogshii...... still havent got them

First time I’ve used this supplier but communication from Jason was quick & helpful & he kept me updated with my order… prices.very reasonable 👍 Will definitely be a regular customer from now on 😃
