Ordered a t-shirt from them, Large (my usual size and the right size according to their own measurements table). Arrived but far too small (didn’t even nearly fit). Contacted them to ask for a return, they offered me 20% off if I simply ordered another one from them as postage back to China would not have been worth it (yes, your t-shirts come from China). Went ahead as I really liked the design. New larger t-shirt arrived, fitted OK but had stains over the front of it, despite it arriving in a sealed bag so these stains must have originated from their end. Contacted them again asking for a replacement - 2 weeks later and back and forward by email, they still won’t send a new t-shirt and have suggested I wash it (hadn’t thought of that - eyes rolling). When pushing them to replace the soiled goods they sent me, they finally insulted me by offering a 10% refund which would have been worth £2 - wouldn’t even have covered the postage. Shambles of a company AND on top of that, the design that I had really wanted did not look good on the actual t-shirt anyway - logo and writing much larger than it appeared in the advertisement and looked cheap. Support UK fashion (as I should have) and avoid these cowboys like the plague.

The advertised shirt was not on your website. Moreover, I chose the right size and correct color but somehow ended up with a different color shirt than I wanted.

I ordered three sweaters, and I honestly could not be more disappointed. The images printed on all three sweaters are extremely pale, grey and washed out, and look absolutely nothing like the vibrant and clear images shown on the website. The quality is nowhere near what I was led to expect when placing the order. I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was offered 20% off my NEXT order. Why would I place another order after receiving products of such poor quality? This was obviously completely useless to me. After several messages back and forth, I was eventually offered a 10% refund for three sweaters that I will never use. I declined. The only other option offered was to return the sweaters at my own expense. I was also told that I would have to cover any potential customs/tax costs, and that if the package did not reach an address in China, I would apparently receive nothing back. This is an absurd way to treat a customer. The product quality is extremely poor, the images on the website are highly misleading, and the customer service has been just as disappointing. I simply wanted a full refund for products that do not remotely match what was advertised. Instead, I have spent far too much time arguing with customer service over a problem that should never have existed in the first place. Extremely disappointed. Sent me terrible quality print on a t-shirt, blurry AI upscaled image with illegible text. When I complained they tried to dissuade me from returning it by telling me it was going to be expensive and take along time. Then then offered me 20% off a NEW order. Imagine selling someone a pile of dookie and then telling them they have 20% off for MORE dookie. update: minocustom's response to my review is more lies, they have not actually offered me a refund. they offered me 30% on a new order... and later a 15% refund. I paid for 100% of a an unwareable shirt.

Avoid. Goods come from China. They sent the wrong size. Impossible to return, despite contacting them three times. Order MCT28731 Update. Despite providing the order number and emailing this company, they have still not responded or provided return details. As I said in my original review - avoid.

I ordered a shirt on May 15th, and I still haven't received it.

I spent around €50 on two custom t-shirts, expecting a quality that matched the price, but the experience was terrible. The t-shirts I received do not match the pictures on the website at all and look like they come from two different rejected batches. One has a gigantic, out-of-proportion print, while the other (sold as the exact same model) has a completely different tag, a tiny, low-resolution design, and the edges of the image are poorly and sharply cut. ​The absolute worst part, however, was their customer service. I sent pictures clearly showing the obvious production defects and how the items didn't match the description. Their written response? They downplayed the issue, calling it "slight differences between batches," and told me that if I wanted a refund for their defective product, I would have to pay for the international return shipping and import taxes out of my own pocket. ​The "generous" alternative they offered was to keep an unwearable product in exchange for a ridiculous 20% discount on a future order. ​If a company makes a printing mistake and ships obviously defective goods, the cost of fixing it shouldn't fall on the customer. Completely unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against buying from them: if something goes wrong with your order, you are left on your own to foot the bill. UPDATE: As requested in your public reply, my order number is #MCT24723. I had already contacted your customer service providing all the photos of the defects, and your team's response was to tell me to pay for international return shipping out of my own pocket.

Good to know : cheap print quality. Inexistant customer service. Based in China, no returns allowed -> run away ! save money;
