Haven
Customer service does not match the quality of the facility
I felt like my stuff was very safe, and it was decently affordable. The customer service was less than awesome- I requested to have my unit available 24hours for the first week, and ended up having to leave a bunch of my stuff in my car over night and having to wait another day to finish moving out, because they messed up and took my unit off of the 24hour access list early. They are very lucky I hadn't rented/borrowed a truck or needed to be completely out by that day- I would have been much more angry than I was. I left a voicemail that night, no response until I called back. No apology, no offer to reduce my rate, nothing. It was a simple mistake, but it was pretty dumb to not even acknowledge that they messed up. I also was irritated to notice a $20 "new account fee" that had not been discussed was on my bill. Not that expensive, but when you're paying $80 a month its a pretty big percentage of the bill. It was also interesting to see staff leaving and locking up 10-25 minutes earlier than the sign said they would be open until... In short, a good place if you don't need to access your stuff frequently or don't foresee needing to contact staff, but maybe think about going somewhere else if you are on a time crunch or need to get at your stuff at weird hours.
