Needs upkeep
Unable to get elevator to work because the red knob that is to be pulled out was broken off. It appeared to have been super glued previously. Had to find a pliers to pull it out. When I got down the hall to my unit, the door was open, floor was dirty & ther was a dead bat lying on the floor! Sure hope we don't get histoplasmosis from the bats! Rodent control is a must!!!!!
