Mostly great service!
The migration to the cloud license version of the application was great. It took a little longer than it should have for SSO migration, but once someone got in touch with us, SSO was working as intended.

the program can be reporting output easily links predictive analysis, CART. it would be great to support training by local language to deep understand and utilize program full functions.

I have used Minitab in several Companies when analyzing process capability and variation but I have couples of years when I used it last time.

The cost of Minitab is very prohibitive for Consultants…
The cost of Minitab is very prohibitive for consultants who use your product with clients (at $1,000/yr). The irony is that as we promote the use of the SW we are require pay to do use it. At one point in the past, Minitab would provide the SW at no charge.
