When I received the product, I realized that most of the reviews written were fake. It has an incredibly lousy support mechanism. It took five days to get answers to my questions. When I wanted to change the product, they told me what they did not write in detail on their return policy. How can it be my fault if the product is hit in the cargo? They said I could not return the product incorrectly, and I am completely done with this site. I wanted to write a realistic comment here. Other people are not mad.

After placing an order for my husband, I had a draft of my ring design and amazing customer service support within 48 hrs. My Husbands ring arrived on time and is stunning!! Better than I could have imagined. Thank you Minimalist Design for outstanding customer service!

After 3 months of waiting, my ring came in at 14k gold instead of 18k and missing critical parts of the crest. They offered to replace it but it was such a bad experience, I just wanted a refund. After returning the ring to their facility, I still have not received any return communication regarding my refund after 2 months!

I bought a rose gold (over silver) signet ring, and it is gorgeous. Considering all of the detail work..... an old English family crest with the family name, along with additional graphics on each of the ring shoulders.... It is absolutely perfect. Superb craftmanship in every detail. Packaging was exactly like a ring you purchased at a fine jewelers, and shipping was very quick. This shop is extraordinary! Many Thanks for all your exceptional efforts, they were appreciated!

UPDATE: After seeing my negative review, Melissa promptly contacted me, asking what the problem was, after I had already explained the problem to her. She told me to resubmit my art, and that I would get a proof right away. I resubmitted the same day, then... nothing. I asked her to confirm she got the art... nothing. I messaged her on Etsy... nothing. Asked if she would send me a return label for the incorrect ring... nothing. A proof for my design? Nothing. I’m so done. I asked for a refund, which I doubt I’ll get. This has been the most frustrating experience with a company I’ve ever had. BEWARE!!! After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to go ahead and get a family crest ring from Minimalist. Big mistake. I created my own artwork in a format Melissa said would be preferable. After submitting, she told me that it would only be able to be engraved on the ring, which is not the style that I purchased. I told her what I was after, based on the style I’d chosen, and she said that was no problem. She told me that they would re-vamp my art and get back to me. A week later, I still hadn’t seen a proof, so I emailed Melissa, asking if there was anything for me to see. I promptly received a reply, stating that my ring had been shipped. I totally didn’t understand how this was possible, especially after reading so many positive reviews stating how they worked very closely with you to create your “dream ring...” I emailed Melissa to ask why I hadn’t seen a proof, with no response. 4 days later, a ring arrived via DHL. I had tried to maintain hope that it would be something I liked, since the design wasn’t complicated. When I opened it, I was shocked. It in no way resembled the design I submitted. It was a completely different crest, and it wasn’t even the style I ordered. It also had someone else’s name on it! It was the wrong size, as well. I promptly emailed Melissa, with photos of what I received compared to what I’d ordered, asking her to please rectify the situation. No response after two attempts. There’s no phone number, and since their base of operations is in Turkey, you’re completely at their mercy. Buyer BEWARE! I’m floored that this could happen based on positive reviews. My ring cost a total of $109, and it got me something useless that has no meaning to me. They also almost tripled the prices of their rings right after I ordered. Thank god I didn’t lose almost $250 instead of $109.

I ordered a family crest ring in January and I received a confirmation. that was on the 9th. I waited a week before i contacted them at which time they advised they had sent an email for approval of the design. found it in my junk mail, approved the design and asked about the face size and was advised to go with the large face, to which I agreed. then...nothing. I've emailed a few times asking for an update on my order and asked how I should pay the $30 difference and...nothing. there is no phone number to call customer service and their "Texas" address goes to a house in Texas. It has been a month now since I placed the original order

I uploaded my family crest file and ordered a ring at 10pm. I woke up early the next day (6 hours later) and had some preliminary designs already waiting for me to approve. After approval, I got a message within hours saying production would start and my ring would be shipped. I had to leave for a trip and the ring was designed, manufactured and shipped internationally in about 4 days. Quality is superb - totally impressed with this company! Highly recommended!!!!
