The items I received do not perform as indicated on the website. Photos are misleading. It's clear returns are at the expense of the customer, even when unfit for purpose, but it doesn't anywhere state that return address is in SWEDEN. So you'll spend as much returning the items as they cost.

Outstanding customer service. THere wasa small defect with 1 of the 4 mini scopes I ordered for my nieces and nephews, and they replaced it very expeditiously after I simply provided a photo. Very professional and kind customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ALSO, the miniscopes are incredible!

Bought the Fort Kit. We got a set of plastic ball connectors and rods, yes. The connectors seem much smaller than pictured, and the builds seem quite flimsy. My 10-year old can connect the bits, for the 5-yo it's not at all easy. They can still build stuff and have fun with it, yes, but the set REALLY isn't worth even the reduced price. Bought two sets to give one to friends, will not be doing that as I do not like to give gifts of poor quality. Honestly, the impression I got was of a cheap rip-off of a better product.

I haven't received my microscope (bought for my son as a gift) yet, but I am really impressed by the customer experience at MiniLabsters!
