Great customer service. After placing my order I realized I used an incorrect shipping address so I reached out via email to customer service about changing the shipping address. Their customer service replied to my email within minutes, confirmed with me the corrected shipping address. It certainly gave me confidence in doing e-commerce with this company.

This is so much fun! It does work best when looking at specimens under a piece of glass. So definitely get the slides if you don't already have something similar.

I ordered and then realised that my grandson was getting the microscope from his other grandparents so I emailed before it was sent out. Purchased two mini microscopes and then clicked a button and it automatically charged me for more. Which wasn't great however when I got in touch the response and refund was immediate, which is rare in the days of the customer service cogs. Totally understand that mistakes happen but it's how organisations respond to it. Service was fantastic.
