Great quality dresses. Took 2 weeks to fill order and ship, And another week to get here from China. I was worried with all the bad reviews but they are great dresses if you can wait a month to get them.

I ordered items from Miniberni in August 2023 and one item was delivered on time, in time for a photoshoot we had planned. The item was beautiful and wonderfully made. I did not doubt their legitimacy at that point. There were four other items I purchased and while it was given a shipping number immediately, there is no sign these items are being prepared or shipped. I contacted the company after a month to be told it was being shipped from another warehouse and cause for the delay. It has now been another month (two months total since I ordered the items) since that email exchange and still no update on the rest of my order. While I can say their products are lovely and good quality, I cannot say the same for their customer service or business conduct. They refused to give me a refund because of the shipping number attached to the order. Their excuse is the items are on their way. They also do not accept returns, apparently, according to the email exchange with customer service.Be very careful when buying from this site. If there are items in your order that are not immediately available to ship, you are thrown into the void.

A receive a dress completely different from picture not 3D simple a print not waste your money

NEVER BUY ANYTHING in this website! Absolutely disgraceful. Never delivered. Answers from 'costumer service' always the same with absolutely NO INFORMATION. They are thieves. Don't waste your time and your money with these items. Liars! I've been trying to get SOME information about my purchase for over 2 months and the answers are vague and with absolutely no guidance. Oh, also there is NO option to request a refund. A SHAME!!! This site should be banned and blocked from the UK!!!

Déçue des robes. Elles n ont qu'un motif imprimé et non de jolis détails comme sur les photos. A ce jour, j'ai reçu 1 robe sur 3 ... Je déconseille.

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen anschließen. Habe bestellt, weil das Kleid auf den Fotos so aussieht, als seien Stofffetzen unten angenäht, also "3D-Optik". Angekommen ist nur ein bedrucktes Kleid in billiger Qualität und sogar Schnitt und Farben stimmen nicht mit dem Bild überein. Kaufe dort nie wieder etwas ein!
