Peccato. Da Sito sembrano super vestiti, in realtà sono tutti sintetici e non corrispondono. Cineaste. Oltretutto ti dicono che spediscono in una sola spedizione, poi la solita o in due. La prima arriva dopo quasi un mese, la seconda dopo quasi altri 20gg e manca di due articoli!!! Ora non rispondono e non so se rimborsano o se mi rispediscono il terzo pacco che arriverà chissà quando. Oltretutto passati quasi 2 mesi ho trovato lavoro e non sono più a casa x riceverlo!!! Speso 170€ e non bruscolini. Diciamo che la prima e ultima volta. Non sono per nulla affidabili e non hanno prodotti così buoni come i fotografi che li ritraggono per il Sito.

I ordered items from Miniberni in August 2023 and one item was delivered on time, in time for a photoshoot we had planned. The item was beautiful and wonderfully made. I did not doubt their legitimacy at that point. There were four other items I purchased and while it was given a shipping number immediately, there is no sign these items are being prepared or shipped. I contacted the company after a month to be told it was being shipped from another warehouse and cause for the delay. It has now been another month (two months total since I ordered the items) since that email exchange and still no update on the rest of my order. While I can say their products are lovely and good quality, I cannot say the same for their customer service or business conduct. They refused to give me a refund because of the shipping number attached to the order. Their excuse is the items are on their way. They also do not accept returns, apparently, according to the email exchange with customer service.Be very careful when buying from this site. If there are items in your order that are not immediately available to ship, you are thrown into the void.

Order arrived in piecemeal and very slowly. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order a month after placing it. The shipping is free if your order is over $49, but the return shipping is not free and it's on you to find a way to ship it back. The return process is cumbersome and slow and seems to be aimed at making returns difficult. You have to email the customer service people and go back and forth on what items you want to return and why. They still have not given me a return address. Furthermore, the return policy says that you have to ask the customer service rep how much you'll receive as a refund. Wouldn't it be just what you paid for the item? Needless to say, a bad first experience, and I will not be using them again.

I bought two dresses on 22 of May. The order arrived on 2nd of July. However, only one dress arrived. I am waiting for the reply of the company to know when to expect the arrival of the second dress. The quality of the dress that arrived is as expected. Edit 03/07/23: they answered my email and said that the other item I purchased is out of stock. How can a company confirm a purchase of an item that is out of stock? They even charged my credit card for the item, and marked as delivered in their system. Now they offered me a credit in their website, but I asked for a refund instead. Let’s see. Edit 18/07: after many email exchanges I finally got the refund for the dress they did not send. I won’t use this site again.
