MiniberniReviews of miniberni.com

Damn I wish I’d checked here first! Ordered 5 dresses. 2 showed up & they’re crap! Dodgy print nothing like the 3D tulle effect on the website! Lesson learned I guess :(

The worst company with THE WORST customer service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Rude customer service who will not give you any help, they got shouty when I showed them the reviews from here. Got one god awful dress that looks nothing like the picture & one dress never turned up at all! Refusing to refund or give me return details. THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!

This website is a SCAM!!!! They have other similar website - scarfcon.com, with exactly the same products. I was ordered 7 girl dresses and they lied me about shiping them, tones of unprofessionals emails. This guys are SCAMMERS!!! dont buy from them. Stay away from it!

This company did a great job of appearing to be a legitimate boutique type shop. I had already purchased before I realized it was a Chinese company with sketchy clothes. I ordered July 6th and purchased a bunch of clothing and one of their heavily marketed 3d tulle dresses. I made the mistake of ordering through shop pay. Two payments went through and i received a notification that my items had shipped, yet when checking the chinese tracking number it was still in China. I contacted them and they DID respond asking me to wait for the items to arrive before deciding if I wanted to return. I finally got my order on july 29th. The items are pretty poor quality and have those cheap sticker labels on the collar because they are too cheap to print on the fabric. I have purchased better through Shein or amazon, both of which ship quicker and have easy returns. Icing on the cake: one shirt had a stain on it, and I am MISSING TWO items from my order, one of which is the fancy dress they use to get people to order. Looking at the other reviews it seems they dont even have these dresses. Im waiting on a response from the company, which I doubt I will get and trying to see if I can get a refund through Shop and next will try my bank. Total waste lf time. Update: took two weeks of back and forth emails with them consistently ignoring my return request. They finally say I am getting a refund but havent seen it come through yet. Worst company ever and total shady business practices. They finally said also that the items that didnt come were supposed to be shipping in a separate order and gave me a bogus tracking number, to this day those items still havent shipped. 8/25 still no refund from company as they promised. Still waiting on shop pay to rule on their verdict of the case so i can get me refund. Also, still did not receive my missing items. For what its worth I see their basic clothes (the non-tulle and 3d dresses) popping up on TEMU for like 1.99. Even at their sale priced Mini berni is a rip off

Totally scandalous. Not all of my order arrived. Took nearly a month and the dress was a cheap printed version and not the 3D woven version that was advertised.

I’ve received one of two dresses I paid for and the one I got looks NOTHING like the photo. So disappointing. Never again.

Poor communication from the team there, order turned up missing the 5 most expensive and interesting pieces. Didnt get a response regarding this but did get a message asking for a review...well here you go. Based in China and quality is not great but not as bad as some of the reviews on here. I can't comment on any of the party dresses as none turned up however
