To be honest, the free servers are actually really good considering it is: free, you just have to click create a server, and then link your Minecraft with the website to create the server. It is not that complicated, and when I and my friend play on it, it has been smooth so far. I am not sure if the legginess is dependent on your computer, but I have a half-decent one so that is not a problem for me.

I can't even get into my server

This server is really good, and the players giving bad reviews don't know the usage of the server or are taking it too lightly. If they were banned they can either get it sorted on the forums if it was a mistake but most likely they were in the wrong. Although the server can be laggy at times, no one can complain since it's a free mini hosting server and it's not like the players are paying to use it. So for that, it is good quality.

The people reviewing this badly are those who either don't know how to use it or are relying on it for another reason. I use this for my discord as a way for us to hop on and play together anytime. Yes there is a small bit of lag but its not bad at all compared to some other free options. I don't have the luxury of good internet and a willingness to leave my computer running the server at all times of the day. It works great. Some other hosting options the only way to start up the server again is to have the server owner "Wake" it from its hibernation just to have anybody join meaning people have to be constantly on, or the server is unjoinable after a while. With Minehut though anybody can start it up by joining through the same ip address for the server you own and they get put into a hub world. There you type /join (server name) and the server will start up again within 2 minutes. They use this hibernation setting so that servers that are forgotten or not used at the time are not taking resources from active servers. The ease of use for the server owner to install plugins and their own maps is great. They also have a whole youtube channel demonstrating everything you can do and how to do it. You can increase your play capacity for free and change your server icon free just by voting for their server. Great program if you want a free server. I do not know how it would hold up on the paid side if you plan to have a big server though. I mean who are you kidding with your 300 people capacity servers you get 30 kids at most at a time.

This is my Honest Opinion about Minehut, my opinion will not affect how well your server does in term of server population. You shall not report this review as it has nothing to violate with Trust Pilots TOS and what i'm saying here is truthful and in a responsible manner. Server creation is one of good parts of Minehut where you can create your server with ease. But there are multiple considerations you would have to think about before using their services. As I've referred, this does not imply me saying that do not use it, I'm saying, if you would like to use Minehut as a hosting provider, a second thought has to be in placed before doing so. This comes in several factors. The first factor is that plugins that you want from external spigot websites will be made unavailable and you might want to skript it yourself, which can be inconvenient or time consuming. As the Minehut panel, it limits on the amount of plugin you can choose from their panel. Instead of allowing users to access FTP to upload their desired plugins, you would have to use their selected ones. Second factor to consider, they rarely update their plugins and this can be proven by a lot of plugins are broken when I made my server as they were not up to date. Also, the community can prove this, when you go on the forums and request a update for a specific type of plugin, usually, they don't make replies back to the community and most requests are disapproved and this goes as well for new plugin request. Third factor, server hibernation will occur when you have too much plugins installed following your server to load. This can be proven as well.When you try to load your server it's impossible because it's stuck in Hibernation not allowing you to open your server when you have many plugins installed. This is my honest and fair opinion about Minehut, their customer support are OK, i wouldn't rate it the best as some Staffs are unknowledgable for console questions.

Awful. Would not recommend.

I always enjoy playing minehut, with the enthusiastic staff always at hand to help, it's always a blast when you log onto the server. Would highly recommend, I would rate 5 stars if the servers weren't as laggy, maybe more ram for people who don't pay? other than that it's a great community!
