They responded fairly quickly and were very kind and helpful.

Quick response and got the problem solved. My problem was that I could not buy credits so I even got them for free!

Outstanding customer service

Thought of a much better solution than I had provided to a problem I didn’t think could be solved without drastic measures. I thought we’d need to wipe our overworld but instead they said we could wipe all entities in the game and doing that caused us no problems and we got our Minecraft world back. Great response time and communications, too.

They are they best Minecraft server hosting out there

Quick and easy :D

I asked the team to go through the server logs to find out who greifed my server as I couldn’t understand the code. The people I spoke with were extremely helpful and answered me almost immediately. I am very thankful that they helped me solve this issue.
