My server lagged out after one of my operators spawned 10 million entities and they responded lightning fast and told me that they sent it to their engineering team to solve the solution and only a few hours later told me that the server was fixed after restarting the chunk that the issue was found in and worked like it did before, I strongly agree this is the best server hosting platform out there and if there is any issues they respond quickly and efficiently with a solution. It's a 5 stars for me :)

My server wouldn't start so I reported it and told them the problem. They got back to me right away then solved the problem overnight. Overall great service.

Their support team is very nice and polite and helped me with my issues.
