Great Customer service and a wonder platform to host a server. Almost no lag, customisable setting, dashboard, easy to install plugins and so many options to choose from! Highly recomend

Support was very helpful. Rather than just giving me a generic response, they actually walked me through it and gave me instructions to possibly fix it.

So the one thing I didn't like was the server randomly resetting; however, the customer support was fast, easy to understand and very helpful. Hopefully the issue I was facing is fixed soon, but now I know what to do in the meantime!

Lauren from tech support is the kindest person, I got help right away (not even 30 minutes after submitting my support request)! The instructions she gave helped save our server, I thought it was lost forever and we were able to recover it from files. I'm so relieved and grateful.
