Like many other reviewers, I cancelled the subscription before my trial period ended and they still charged me. The cancellation proces was a huge hassle as well, they keep redirecting you and misleading you in the hopes you click away and continue to unknowingly pay them. DO NOT do a trial period, they will charge you even if you cancelled it.

At first I thought it was pretty good, but now there are better (and free options). ChatGPT is a given, but also NotebookLM (by Google) offers even better functionality/options than this site. This company operates in a very scammy way. They charged me the fee for the year, with no indication of a renewal (as they should do), and worst of all, they DO NOT respond to their emails. I sent them an email to cancel and they did not respond for 2 weeks, so I sent a follow up, and a week later still no response. Had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction and get my money back (which I thankfully did), but on top of that they had to block my card and send me a new one as Mindgrasp still shows no indication of cancelling my subscription. Which leads to this other issue, there is no way to cancel the subscription. If you try to cancel, it signposts you to their email address to request cancellation–– and as mentioned they do not respond to emails so you will likely have to do the same as me and get a whole new bank card to stop being charged. Very scammy behaviour. Not to mention within a few days the whole functionality of the AI was poor: uploading docs, typing into AI question box, etc.

They will trap you in to a paid subscription and make the subscription cancellation process intentionally difficult to cancel, going through many different tabs and even a questionnaire to cancel, with no separate option to remove your bank card or information. I had cancelled my subscription in Dec 2024 with confirmation the subscription was terminated but come to find out that it had since been reactivated with authorized approval and been charging my account since. The support staff is not answering my email and LinkedIn

The cancellation process requires seven steps. First, you have to find the cancellation option and click Cancel. Then you are asked “Are you sure?”—multiple times. After that, you must read a very long page with hundreds of paragraphs just to find a small link to a form. The form must be completed with seven mandatory fields, and finally, you are required to send an email to complete the cancellation.

When you want to cancel membership, you have to keep confirming it on each window that pops up. I went though 6 of them. Every time a new window pops up it gets more confusing. At the end of all the confirmations that you want to cancel the trial, you get a message that you need to email them in order to cancel. I emailed them and informed my bank. They tool the money anyway and I have heard nothing back from them about my request, only a invoice and a advert email. All totally against UK law. Companies like this should not get sponsored results from Google and sit up the top of the search results. This company should be ashamed of itself.

just like everybody I have been charged without using the system after the trial period. I have sent them an email in vain. They never replied to me. No customer service active but they are very active to charge your credit card while you're not using their service. I had to cancel my credit card to be able to stop paying for crooked vultures

absolutely horrible, horrible horrible horrible website. They are a scammer never ever use them never use them. It’s AI completely AI generated promoters alright I’m gonna have to cancel my card because of them. They won’t allow me to remove my card details. It takes about five pages to actually cancel our subscription horrible never ever ever use this. I’m actually in a few infuriated right now honestly it’s horrible horrible they are going to rot in hell forever the people that own this business and I pray they never rest until this website is cancelled.

Terrible service. Went through their process of canceling during the trial period only to be charged after I canceled. No response from customer service and having to dispute the charge through PayPal.
