A scam
Terrible, kept trying to charge me after I wanted to cancel my subscription. Emailed multiple times with no response. On the website there is no easy way to cancel, and if there was it doesn’t work.

After subscribing to the annual plan, I am being charged the full annual fee of $131.88 again after only one month. I have sent multiple emails without receiving a response, and no refund has been issued for the duplicate charge. If I do not receive the refund within 2 days, I will escalate the matter by filing complaints with the Maryland Attorney General, the Howard County Office of Consumer Protection, the U.S. FTC, the Italian AGCM, the BBB, and by submitting a cross-border complaint via econsumer.gov.

I try the 3 day trial and cancel the same day. They still charge me. I have emailed their support 3 times in over month and no response from support. I have proof of cancelation too. I used a PayPal because I was worried they would sell info. PayPal say I have wait 6 months before reporting. So totally suck all around.

Undoubtedly the WORST experience I have encountered with any company, especially one purposed toward assisting students in studying. Considering all of the trials and tribulations I (along with many others) have experienced attempting to have transactions refunded, this company should be reported and labeled a SCAM. Communication channels with the company remain non-existent — nothing provided through their website and received zero responses via email (only an automated reply, hilariously enough). Would not necessarily be an issue if you could effectively cancel the subscription through their website, which is IMPOSSIBLE when clicking the option merely redirects you to the EXACT SAME PAGE. Provided below is a detailed account of my experience... Initiated the three-day trial period of Mindgrasp, hoping to utilize their services to study more effectively and efficiently. Although it proved somewhat valuable, the cost of an annual subscription seemed excessive; therefore, I attempted a cancellation the evening prior. Unfortunately, the following day was accompanied by a notification from PayPal regarding an authorized charge of $107.88 USD. This immediately prompted email communication with Mindgrasp, only to receive an automated response. Eventually, I decided to utilize the customer support and dispute features offered through PayPal to ideally refund the transaction. Seemingly making progress through this strategy; however, forcing customers into the most circuitous and complicated process of subscription cancellation and reimbursement is simply poor business practice.

I used this tool back in October of 2024, which i had canceled. However this month i got charged $12.99 which makes no sense, i made a claim through my bank and they fixed it temporarily. The subscription has been inactive for a year and some change and Their emails varies from a few days to weeks and to sometimes nothing at all. I got an email by Joselle Zamora stating that everything is canceled and I'm not expected to see any further charges and yet THEY reverse my claim still charging me. These guys are are horrible. These guys are scammers, i recommend calling your bank and blocking all charges from MIND grasp it self to save you.

I canceled my subscribtion in May 2024 and got a confirmation email. Yet in December 2025 they tried to take 10 dollars from my account which thankfully didnt go through. They are trying to charge my card everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. From what I have read the best thing to do is just cancell that card completely. They take long to respond to emails and are trying everything to get you to pay. Never ever use this!

I generally don't write reviews, but other than that they charge you for unused services, and they make it ridiculously difficult to cancel the subscription. Press there, then there, then fill out the form, and then send them an email to cancel the subscription and wait for their useless (I'm unsure if it exists) support to reply. They didn't reply when I asked for a refund for unused services. And all that for something that is so useless.
