By FARRRR the worst and most evil online company ive encountered. Worst cancellation program, the whole thing is a big scam to take money away from vulnerable college students. Lost over 200$ to this company and now have to go through a big hassle of getting it back (hopefully). This company should get hit with legal action.

THEY CHARGE EVEN IF YOU CANCEL THE TRIAL. No customer support. Mind grasp is not a real company. Is a group of uni students with a credit card line opened the minute you go into the free trial. They do not have a customer service, and they do everything possible to charge you. Once the money is theirs, they never reply. Tried it, cancelled within the free trial. They charged me anyways. Inside the app environment, it does not appear the option to cancel the subscription. Have documented all of the incidents and will call a lawyer if necessary. Not the way to go about business when customer trust is quite important (in the student community), competition is high and public accountability is possible thanks to linkedin.

Deregistered for the account a long time back. Tried to charge me $107.88 in the past days. It's a con. I have noticed other reviews like that as well. I hope it gets shut down ASAP.

BAD BAD BAD Tried the free trial, didn't like it, never used it and here I was charged $107 for nothing. Its a trap. Preying on those that forget to cancel after trial. They will never send a reminder. Stay away, never ever take the free trial. Its useless anyway. The free version Chatgpt is 100x better.

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. Like many others, I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial subscription, only to be charged over $100 without any warning. After I contacted them, they assured me the subscription would be cancelled and that no further charges would occur. However, despite their reassurance, I was charged another $118. This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. Not only did they fail to honour their word, but they also took more money after promising the issue was resolved. I now have to go through the hassle of disputing the charges with my bank, all because this company cannot manage basic customer service or uphold their own commitments. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before signing up for anything with them. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable

Actual app was okay but not worth the money, main issue came when I went to cancel as I know longer needed it. They have made this process needlessly complicated clearly with the intention of tricking people into thinking they have already cancelled it or not bothering. It brings you first to a page were the cancel button is greyed out and made to look like you can't click it (I had to click it multiple times before it let me progress but I technically can't confirm this was by design), you then had to confirm again you wanted to cancel by clicking greyed out text, you then got brought to a page with no other writing except a button to return to homepage and again some small greyed out text (not even a button) that says continue, it then brings you to a page were they have the gall to rickroll you (literally not even joking they've imbedded the video) on that page to continue you have to click a hyperlinked word in a big paragraph of writing, you then finally got to the final page that explained that to cancel you had to send an email to their support team you can't do it on the website. Clearly a money hungry company that doesn't believe their product is good enough to keep customers if they are having to employ such lengths to make things harder for people wanting to cancel.
