Don’t expect a refund Don’t be fooled by the money back guarantee, once you have paid, that money is gone. They request evidence that you used the program for 7 days, even if you don’t use it at all and immediately cancel. At best, a poorly constructed system. At worst, a straight-up scam.

This company is a scam. They use fake reviews, fake quiz results, fake doctor authority. It is clearly just a marketing scheme created by some subhumans.

Trying to get a refund was a joke – they kept asking for proof I couldn't give because I didn't have the app anymore. Their customer service is a loop of useless responses, just going round and round. Ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank because they wouldn’t budge. Honestly, save yourself the headache. Their support is a mess, and they don’t seem to care about sorting out real issues. Super disappointed and would warn others to steer clear!
