Do not trust them. They are a scam. They took $4000 from me outside of NUSUK, which is the only way to get a HAJJ VISA. They use all the appropriate Islamic terms to convince you they are Muslim, but I fear hey may be non-Muslims from India or Israel. You can only pursue Hajj through the NUSUK app and from the Saudi Government.

Asalam alaikum, at the time of booking it was clearly written in terms and conditions that your initial deposit is non refundable in case you cancel your plan.
