We always strive to provide excellent customer service, but we need to publicly clarify the facts regarding your in-person purchase of 5kg, as this review does not reflect what actually happened. When you spoke with our team member on the phone, you admitted that you had never actually used or tried the product you bought from us. Therefore, your claim that the product is "fake" is completely unfounded. During that same phone call, it became very clear what the actual situation was... You mentioned that you had just received a free supply of MHRB from a friend, and that was the real reason you suddenly wanted your money back. Finding a free supply from a buddy after you have already made an in-person purchase does not qualify as a legitimate return claim. We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse under these circumstances, and we certainly do not issue refunds when customers use threats of negative reviews to try and force our hand. We stand 100% behind the quality and authenticity of our products. If you ever have a genuine, legitimate issue with an order, our policies are fair and clear, but we will not be bullied into issuing a refund based on false claims. We understand your frustration, but there is a major misunderstanding here. You ordered from us successfully last year, but the recent order was accidentally placed on a fake clone website. The bank statements you provided prove your money went to the scammers, not us. Even though we didn't receive your money, we still wanted to help a returning customer. We have emailed, texted, and called to offer you a free order at our own expense to make up for what the scammers did. Unfortunately, when I last called to arrange this, you hung up the second I introduced myself. There is no "inside scam" here - we are just trying to help you out of a bad situation. Please reply to our texts or call us back so we can finally resolve this.
