Mimeo (for business)Reviews of mimeo.com

Mimeo is one the most CUSTOMER CENTRIC business I have dealt with in my life. I am a CX fanatic, so you should not take that lightly. They also have a very competitive product that eliminates the need for you to self manage any large print work. They are strategically located in Memphis to get you the product fast and efficiently. They are also staffed with incredible professionals that beat out other local printers 99.9% of the time.

Working with Mimeo has been an interesting ride. Our Customer Success Manager, Rich Levitt, is always readily available to walk us through how to achieve our printing and distribution goals using creative, cost-effective solutions. The online portal is easy to use. And throughout my interactions with customer service, I've received quick help in addressing any questions or issues. Overall, Mimeo has proven to be a powerful partner, ready to handle the needs of our business.

Hands down, Mimeo has always catered to our business needs and is always very professional. Not to mention, the team is very quick with their responses and always ensure we are satisfied. My global team and I have really enjoyed partnering with them! All their products have been the best of the best!

Very easy to use; Customer service is top notch! We have been utilizing their printing, assembling and shipping services for few years and it saves us so much time!

Working with Mimeo has been nothing but a pleasure. Their customer service is wonderful and attentive. I have enjoyed working closely with our account representative over the last year and know we are in great hands. Often I receive calls or emails following up on projects or letting me know of new enhancements that benefit my business and I never feel as though it's a sales tactic, but an honest and genuine desire to better our relationship. Whenever issues arise Mimeo takes responsibility accordingly and works to fix the issue as quickly as possible. When working on projects Mimeo does what is necessary to meet our business needs, even under crazy deadlines and requests, and it is greatly appreciated. I look forward to continuing our relationship well into the future.

Mimeo has been our preferred provider for our Training Department for around 15 years. We used to print and bind in-house which took an enormous amount of time.Once we got even bigger, we knew we could no longer manage it. The site is easy to use and the only time I have issues is when I have to ship to foreign countries. You just never know what customs is going to do. When this happens, Mimeo is great in finding out what the issue is and making sure the materials get moving again as quickly as possible. Over the years, I've learned which countries can be "difficult" and know to add several days extra for shipping time - just in case. Michael Andello is my rep and has been great to work with. India in customer care is my other Mimeo Angel who steps in to help when needed. I recommend Mimeo to everyone who ever asks about printing needs. Keep up the good work!

Mimeo has been our preferred printing company for about 5 years now. We use them for a good majority of our sales/marketing material and they do an excellent job and stand behind their work 100%. Their prices are competitive and their print management system is so easy to use.

The team at Mimeo is very professional and very quick with their responses. I have thoroughly enjoyed partnering with them! The products that they deliver to us are top quality!
