The service leading up to getting the product was great but the product itself (lanyards) were EXTREMELY poor quality. The logo looked very faded and on some lanyards, the logo was not centralised. Reached out to my sales executive about it and have not received a response yet.

My workbooks had blurred pages and images. Customer Service never got back to me nor did the Print folks. Not a happy client.

almost every time we order loose pages with Tabs, the Tabs are bent and smashed and are unusable. Despite many complaints, there is never any improvement. This has everything to do with the way that you are packaging the items. Tight shrink-wrap over the exposed tabs causes the damage. We spend entirely too much money on printing with Mimeo to receive shoddy materials over and over....

Mimeo put the wrong labels on the boxes. We had to relabel. One box was not put together properly and it cracked open....then someone tried to just wrap tape all over the box and it looked terrible. Not sure what happened there, but it was horrible.

While you did replace the material that was not shipped, I received no explanation or apology for this.

We were satisfied with the customer service we received in preparation for printing but the final results were very disappointing. Instructions that we submitted (with the assistance of a Mimeo employee) were not followed correctly -- proposal dividers that were supposed to be on cardstock and full-bleed were printed on regular paper with borders; final packaging of the proposals was incorrect; and shipping/delivery didn't make it to our client in time (despite paying a premium) and we missed our deadline. We informed our Mimeo contact of these problems afterward but haven't received any follow-up communications from customer service since then.
