Love Mimeo! I use it for all of my proposals and they always turn out correct, beautiful, and are delivered on time!

First, and most importantly, Kevin Tucker is fabulous. I appreciate all his patience and support to make sure I'm submitting orders accurately so they can ship accurately and timely. Second, it's been many months since I last submitted a support request and I notice you've rebranded the site. It's more robust and offers more solutions, which is nice. What's not nice is that it's a painful experience. The site is glitchy and sticky. The site often gets hung-up and many times, I found that it lost my last edit and I had to repeat the changes and reload, etc. It was painful. Technology is fabulous when it works and painful when it lags. Last night was painful. Thank you for your attention. Sending hopes that IT is aware and working on a solution to ensure a better experience in the future.

Mimeo is awesome. Software has a few bugs but they are super fast which is what I need.

Creating the order was easy, delivered on time, good pricing. What else can we ask for?

This review comes after years of experience working with Jeremiah - that's to say this review is not from a one-time interaction. Given the opportunity to provide my feedback, we did not hesitate! Our experiences working with Jeremiah have been nothing but stellar EVERY TIME - he is a rock star at ensuring clients get exactly what they need at any time. He is a true professional and ALWAYS goes above and beyond - a great representation of the Mimeo brand.

I don't usually do surveys and write reviews but I feel like I have to this time because of our agent's tremendous support. Jeremiah is our agent and working with him for quite some time and he surely cares about the customer and he always goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are filled. Our request often requires a short turnaround time. I mean like an hour, not a day but he is always supporting us to make it happen even late at night. We can't thank you enough and Mimeo is lucky to have him as an agent and thank Jeremiah for your great support!
