This was my first time using Mimeo to print a proposal and it was a great experience. In preparation for printing the proposal, I had a few questions so I called the toll-free number and got a hold of someone right away. The rep put me in touch with a department that offers hands-on assistance. Setting an appointment with a specialist was very simple and they were very responsive. Special shout out to Team Lead Kevin for walking me and my colleagues through the ordering process from start to finish and answering all of our questions!

At a time wherein many of us are working from home and having even more difficulty balancing work, kids, extracurriculars, etc., you just don’t expect things to be made easy. Already a long day by noon yesterday, and Hannah, with Mimeo, not only helped me to get to where I needed to make my purchase, but stayed on the phone with me until it was completed. The site is some glitches and is otherwise not very user friendly. The system is not easy to learn, so spend some time with it when you are not on a deadline. Their customer service is very good and response quickly when needed. The jargon throughout the site is unclear, but especially in the special codes. For example, I selected a label for the USB, but I couldn't tell if that label was to go on the actual flash drive or on an envelope that the flash drive would go into. Also, strangely, even though I am always careful to select which documents should be single-sided and which ones should be double sided, without fail, the entire document defaults to single-sided the first time and I have to go back and select again. I have never been able to make use of the Express Checkout. It's more trouble than it's worth. I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because I don't know of any other supplier that is able to produce a professional response to proposals with that amount of detail and options. Even though the site has idiosyncrasies, it gets the job done and on it's way quickly.

We had a sequence of the binders ordered that had one section printed incorrectly. However, the good news is that our Mimeo representative corrected the matter and made extra efforts to get our reprinted section to us immediately. Great customer service!
