On time and no hassle. Produces are exactly as expected.

I will not be ordering from them again Just don't like the way my order was on hold until I uploaded id which is absurd for such a over priced dab straw like really not that serious I have bought things from sites almost ten times the price n wasn't delayed my purchases do to this kind of nonsense really just ruined my whole experience fyi.... Ur way of making sure u guys are not getting burned for payment is the reason u do it that way it ain't for my safety I'm not buying that excuse it's for my benefit umm ok sounds good not!!!!

An address mistake on my side and they respond and resolved it efficiently.

customer service was quick, easy, and above all great to deal with. had an issues they resolved for me instantly. will definitely be a returning customer

The selection and pricing are amazing!! My man is fire!!!

I ordered what I wanted and it was delivered on schedule with no problems. However there were no manual or instructions. But it was just a pipe/lighter built into one. So not too hard to figure out.

Every food item I ordered was expired and the quartz tubes were advertised as a 5 pack but only arrived as a single.

Order came before expected delivery very well packaged and the product works great
