Sent to Wrong Address - No Response
Shipping label created for wrong address 6 days after receiving confirmation that the correct address had been updated. Order was placed 2 weeks ago to the day and it’s still being returned to sender due to their mistake.

I apologize for not getting back to you. Your order was re-shipped to the correct address a couple days ago. We confirmed the address with you and updated your shipping address in our system. We don’t know how it happened, but the distributor still received your billing address for some reason.

delivered with no manual
the product I ordered was delivered in a generic box with no literature or manuals. nothing other than the unit and a power cord. I dont even know what the model number is. Ive had to look up the model number of the lcd screen on the unit its self to get anywhere. I still havent been able to configure it to work yet. would have never bought it if I would have known this

I still have not received my order...14 days later
I still have not received my order...14 days later. Ordered on February 4, shipped on February 7 and now...it's February 17th. Still have not received my order. If you can't do business and ship a product within 10 days, change your process or your vendors.

Your order was shipped within 2 business days and has been delayed by USPS. That’s not something we can control. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Not sure what you mean by change our vendor. If USPS is taking longer than expected, that’s not our fault. I’m sure the major snow storm we had that week but delays on many other packages as well. Again, your product was shipped. We can’t control shipping. But thank you for changing your rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Really shows the kind of person you are.

Thought we were ordering a case
We thought we were ordering a case of batteries and we only got a single battery in a a big box. It did not even have a plastic wrapper or anything. So just know that even though a case of 20ish batteries is pictured you will on get one battery. What a rip off

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. The description clearly states "The Lux is packaged for sale in a counter display with multiple units and therefore does not come individually packaged or include a charging cable." You also seemed to miss the very first sentence in the description stating "Call for color availability or a single battery of random color will be sent." In a nut shell, the picture just shows what colors are available.

i haven't received my items yet
i haven't received my items yet. it's been stuck in the same spot for over 3 days and my items had a delivery date of 3/10. spent $9 in shipping. not happy

This person is a scammer blaming us for the fact that USPS took longer, threatened us with bad reviews after her order was already canceled and refunded. Her package is late but still set to arrive.Enjoy your free products.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. You paid $25 for the battery which is what they retail for. You also seemed to miss the very first sentence in the description stating "Call for color availability or a single battery of random color will be sent."

First order was flawless tried to reorder and was asked for ID verification submitted ID (state issued DL) and was told ID couldn't be verified very aggravating. 1 star is too high would have given 0 if it was offered. What slander is there? My experience on your site was my experience and it rated a 0 the second time around. Invest in a more user friendly verification tool and it's to not too🙃

We are sorry you had a bad experience. We switched processors and our new processor requires ID especially on age restricted products. This process includes a ID picture and facial picture. I just took a look at your ID verification and the reason it was denied is because you uploaded your ID twice instead of uploading your headshot so the system had nothing to compare it too. Instead of reaching out to us, you decided to slander us with a false review.

You admitted yourself that it was your own fault in the email you wrote. Then you called the store and proceeded to cuss out one of my employees instead of emailing me back for a solution. Ps your username says it all.
